City Manager:
Customer relations, liaison between stores and plants, trouble shooter, general operations. Communication with customers and staff.
Store Manager:
Overall daily operating duties, cash balancing, customer relations, staff scheduling, marketing, advertising, etc
Front Counter Supervisor:
Customer relations, staff conduct and training, reports to the manager. Communication with plant on service schedule. Responsible for the ordering of supplies. <!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->Implementation of policies and procedures.

Front Counter:
Customer relations, inspection of incoming garments, collection of payments, deliver finished products to customers, telephone customer service, tagging and inspecting garments for cleaning, overall cleanliness of service area.
Laundry Department:
Operating 3 different pressing machines, cuffs & Collar machine, Sleever, Body buck pressing unit. Separating shirts by color & fabric content, washing and assembling shirts for shipping.
Dry Cleaner:
Overall Plant Manager. Scheduling work flow, separating and assessing garments for proper approach to cleaning. Boiler operator – certified, Operation of dry cleaning machine, maintenance of dry cleaning machine. Stain removal, supplies control and ordering, delegation of duties in the plant, communication with Front counter and management to provide service and quality product on time!
Silk Presser:
Mainly presses upper wear clothing, shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, wedding dresses. Understands fabric naps and patterns, using proper pressing methods depending on the fabric. Has a delicate touch and very meticulous.
Pant Presser:
Mainly presses pants, some skirts. Responsible for the inspection of the cleaning process. Presses waist bands, pleats and pant legs.
Assembly:
Inspects clothing for cleaning and pressing. Assembles the orders according to the color coded numbered tags. Joins individual customer orders for shipping to bagging.
Bagging:
Inspects all clothing, checking customer information and color coded numbered tags for completion of orders. Ensures piece counts are correct. Bags the orders and racks them for easy pick up by front counter staff when delivering product to the customer.
Valet Service Driver:
Maintains valet customer accounts, business & residential. Delivers daily to all DWQC depots. Manages the hotel accounts and customer service. Responsible for maintenance schedule on the van and overall cleanliness. Collection of COD customers and distribution of some invoices to certain valet customers.
