WHO WE ARE
Dollar Wise Quality Cleaners opened in May, 1998. Our first full service plant is still located at 1150 Nairn Ave., very close to the intersection of Regent Ave. and Lagimodiere Blvd.
Our second full service plant opened for business in March, 2000. It is situated at 115 Pembina Hwy, right near "Confusion Corner."
Dollar Wise Quality Cleaners is owned and operated by residents of Winnipeg who have made a history in the dry-cleaning business.
Dollar Wise has enjoyed rapid growth and its business have expanded beyond the retail market into the commercial market: service is provided to major hotels, personal care facilities, and institutions including the Department of National Defense, the University of Manitoba and the Manitoba Lotteries Corporation.
EQUIPMENT
Our equipment is state of the art – Generation 5. The dry-cleaning and laundry machines have the highest energy and chemical reduction ratings in the world. Continual recycling is the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly option in the newest dry-cleaning machines.
The chemical solutions used in the dry-cleaning operation are totally distilled between each and every load, thereby assuring a perfect cleaning each time. Dollar Wise Quality Cleaners employs more than 50 machine operators and customer service representatives, all of whom have received training and are able to meet the highest industry standards.
